Technical Service Administrators
With more than 70 years of commercial roofing experience both in the field and office, the team’s diverse backgrounds clarify installation questions, product uses, code compliance and specification/detail variations to provide you with project-specific answers. In addition, this department processes warranty applications and creates and maintains specifications including details to provide technical support for contractors installing MHP products.
Warranty/Claims process paperwork required to issue the various types and terms of available warranties and contractor eligibility applications. The team updates warranty-approved contractors on the status of a particular project. In addition, these associates provide claim and customer support during the warranty lifecycle.
Supporting Mule-Hide’s business development efforts, Architectural Services Coordinators prepare and submit pre-bid substitution requests to architects and specifers to assist contractors in getting Mule-Hide Products added as an approved manufacturer.
