A versatile performer, it can be used on all types of penetrations, on wet or dry surfaces, and in all weather conditions. Its flexibility and elasticity make it superior to standard plastic and flashing cements, particularly where there are moving joints.

  • Ideal for installing SBS modified bitumen membrane flashings to parapet walls, curbs, steep slopes, and roof penetrations.
  • Seals laps and perimeter edges of SBS modified bitumen roofing membranes.
  • Can be used on flashings around skylights and gutters and in crevices.
  • In repair applications only, it may be used as a topical application on smooth or granulated APP modified bitumen roofing products.
