Poly ISO Flat with Coated Glass Facer

MuleHide Poly ISO Flat Insulations feature a closed-cell polyisocyanurate foam core manufactured in-line with a premium-performance coated glass facer (CGF) on both sides. These insulation boards are compatible with MuleHide membranes and accessories and are available in 20 psi and 25 psi densities. MuleHide Poly ISO with Coated Glass Facer can be used in ballasted, mechanically attached, and fully adhered single-ply roofing systems. The insulation boards may be installed over approved decks and substrates in new construction, tear-off, and recover (retrofit) projects. They are rated for use in UL Class A and FM Class 1 assemblies.

  • Poly ISO -1 DWD or Poly ISO 2 Coated Glass Facer products must be used with system warranties.
  • Available in 4'x4' and 4'x8'.
  • Available in 20 or 25 PSI compressive strength.
  • Poly ISO 1 - DWD with Coated Glass Facer (1" thickness or greater) achieves a UL Class A combustible deck assembly rating without the use of a fire rated slip sheet or gypsum cover board.
  • Minimum thickness of 1".
  • Poly ISO - DWD with Coated Glass Facer has a white and black side on the flat panels.
