A high-strength solvent-based contact adhesive that allows bonding of PVC and KEE HP membranes to various porous and non-porous substrates. It is specially formulated to be in compliance with rule 1168 of the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) in California. This product also meets the <250 gpl VOC content requirements of the OTC Model Rule for Single-Ply Roofing Adhesives.
