Alejandra (“Ale”) Mahecha Bader has been promoted to Field Technical Manager
Over the past two years, Ale has built strong relationships with contractors and territory managers across Florida, bringing hands-on expertise, leadership, and a passion for the roofing industry to every project. She will continue supporting the field with technical guidance, project assistance, and training as she steps into this expanded role.
Nick Musel has been promoted to Territory Manager – Mid-Atlantic
Musel brings 24 years of roofing industry experience and a strong technical and sales background. Since joining MuleHide in 2019, he has been a key contributor to contractor support and product education. He assumes this position following the retirement of longtime leader Jim Lessig and will continue serving contractors and ABC Supply Co. Inc. branch teams throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
Matt Bost has been promoted to Regional Director for the Southeast
A 15-year roofing veteran, Bost has served as Territory Manager for West Central and Southwest Florida since joining MuleHide in 2022. In his new role, he will oversee sales, technical support, and regional growth initiatives across the Southeast, strengthening relationships with contractors, distributors, and industry partners.
