MULE-HIDE INTRODUCES A WHITE ROOFING SYSTEM WITH WIDE SHEETS FOR ONE-PIECE INSTALLATION ON MODULAR SURFACES.

Mule-Hide Products Co. Inc., Beloit, Wisconsin, introduces Mule-Hide F-PEM. Designed exclusively for the commercial modular roofing industry, this UL-tested system will allow modular manufacturers to install a white, single-ply roof fast and easy due to the 13 feet-wide sheet size. No need to prefabricate or seam in-line at the modular factory. Mule-Hide F-PEM is a fleece-backed, white single-ply membrane installed fully adhered with industry leading, UL-approved, Mule-Hide Acrylic Water Base Bonding Adhesive over a Mule-Hide FR Deck Panel.

“Earlier heat-weld systems slowed production due to learning curves. The Mule-Hide F-PEM modular system offers ease of application without the use of deck plates or heat-welding robots,” explains Mule-Hide Modular Program Manager, Walt Griffin. “Plus, installing a wide sheet instead of prefabricating narrower width sheets saves labor costs; an advantage for the factory.  Building owners benefit from an affordable system, saving energy costs from a white roof, plus long-term performance,” states Griffin.
